The business was started in 2003 by the Managing Director Mr Craig Feely, having gained experience at corporate agencies Savills and CB Richard Ellis. In that time Craig has undertaken Leasing and/or development consultancy work on the majority of South Australia’s premier Strip locations and Shopping & Bulky Goods centres.

Craig holds a Diploma of Property (Real Estate), Certificate in Real Estate Sales and is the Licensed Manager of the business. We are members of the Property Council of Australia and the Real Estate Institute of South Australia. Craig sits on the Retail Committee of the Property Council of Australia (SA Division), is a sponsor of Property Council events and is a past committee member of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia’s Commercial & Industrial Division. Craig is also a regular attendee of the quarterly forums held by the Bulky Goods Retailers Association of Australia.
